After serving as Producer/Executive Producer for two seasons of Small Empires with Alexis Ohanian at Vox Media, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian recruited me to join Reddit and start a new division at the company to create original content in-house. [Verge coverage}

Highlights include architecting a new process for Reddit’s most popular feature, Ask Me Anything (AMA), to simultaneously create text and video versions of AMAs. As the company’s first creative director I led the company’s first branded content partnership with Google Cloud Platform, Formative, and oversaw production on media for internal distribution and creative on campaigns for product launches, events and social initiatives for Reddit’s marketing team.

In just over a year, our small team doubled the Reddit Youtube Channel subscriber count, garnered over 15 million views on YouTube and Facebook and set new record-high revenue marks for the company.
